Wilson Creek 2005 Temecula Valley Estate Syrah

Wilson Creek is a nice little winery in Temecula that we have a wine club membership to.  I don’t remember their Syrah from before but got a couple 2005 estate bottles in the mail.  I have to say that this Syrah is one of the most drinkable around, especially for anyone that doesn’t like the usual peppery character of many of the Syrahs out there.

Yes I would agree, had a company party there tonight and tried the estate syrah for the first time. I'm impressed they have come along way. Much improved from the last vintage release!
